Spelling Out Life... with Me being a Malaysian
live like Malaysians,
I urge you.
If Malaysia is going to continue like this -
full of corruption
full of crappy rulers
What is your solution?
Most probably you will say -
1. who cares
2. let somebody else deal with it
3. I give up on these systems, just follow it lah!
4. I'm migrating as soon as possible
Christ never put you in a place where you would never grow.
He has SO much of awesome plans for you, no matter where you are.
But above all, He place you there to shine for His glory.
If your planning on whining, complaining,
GO.
wherever.
really.
GO.
nobody cares.
really.
GO.
for the country's sake.
she doesn't need you.
seriously.
this place is already a havoc,
she doesn't need people like you to make it worst.
empty can rings louder, they say.
that's what you are.
and I urge you to rise.
rise if you think she needs help.
Rise and be a leader.
Rise and DO SOMETHING.
Christ gave you a desire to see things grow and be fruitful,
that is the same desire that He place for our country.
IF you think this country needs help,
join the politics,
join the higher ministry,
be the faithful engineers,
be the honest business men,
be the inspiring teachers,
the servant-hearted doctors,
be the just jugde,
be whatever good.
just be good.
just shine in your place!
She needs you!
Not some money-minded people
nor self-centered people!
Little actions, when you add it all up, make a big difference!
REALLY!
By God's grace, when you are THE leaders,
you are able to change what is supposed to be changed.
You are able to make things right again.
You are able to reduce the corruption.
You are able to change the conventional system.
you are able to make Malaysia shines above all other countries.
you are able to make Malaysia your home.
you are able to prepare Malaysia for His homecoming again.
Don't whine.
just shut your negativity up and do your part.
live like Malaysians,
I urge you.

devastating wei that 30mins of waiting for the meeting to finish.
HAHAAHHAAHHAHA...
As soon as the uber boring meeting ended,
I hurriedly walk over and join in the fun!
I tag team with a collegemate, Soo Yee.
BUT,
I only use her as my guinea pig, THAT was my initial plan..

I drew on plants, like flowers, leaves...
then I got no more ideas...

Spelling Out Life... with Poems!
I've managed to change the whole poem!
kahkahkah..
now, my new husband is Dylan Thomas!
My saviour for the day!
muahahahahahahahahaahh..
he wrote:
Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
At least better than the previous post!
LOL.
COME COME COME!
COME AND WATCH ME!
ngeheheheheehe...
xoxo!

Spelling Out Life... with Friends
they are the ones who make you grow in life
emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
friends,
challenge the way you think and you won't get much offended.
If you do, you just tell them.
because you know they'll not mind the nudging.
friends,
live out life and affect yours in a positive way.
and you just channel those attitudes to others.
friends,
they talk from light to dark issues.
they know life is just more than fun and games.
friends,
they just love you.
for who you are - annoying, loud nor quiet.
friends,
at the the end of the day,
they are the ones who will come and visit your funeral.
because they just miss your presence
and wish that you are always there for them - just like before.
to my dear dear closest friends back in Miri,
Michelle Hee, Livan Robert and Sherylin Devung.
thank you. :)
Spelling Out Life... with Chest Pain
It has been a week or 2 I've been experiencing this
utmost uncomfortable muscle thing going on on my chest.
NOT A CRAMP la.
just slight uncomfortness.
LOL. if there's such word.
Initially I thought I'm too fat to breathe
or something gone wrong with my heart
or my blood pressure gone up..
Sad kan?? HAHHAHHAHAHAHAHHAAH!!!
Anyhu, I've went to the doctor and doctor said I've been too much
pressure on my chest. =.="
lol!!
I just need to relax more and don't make things worst by
breathing too hard or carry heavy things etc etc..
Here's my medicine!
LOL.
nuff said! Take care everyone! love u tons!
Spelling Out Life... with English
ONLY THE ENGLISH COULD HAVE INVENTED THIS LANGUAGE
We'll begin with a box, and the plural is boxes,
But the plural of ox becomes oxen, not oxes.
One fowl is a goose, but two are called geese,
Yet the plural of moose should never be meese.
You may find a lone mouse or a nest full of mice,
Yet the plural of house is houses, not hice.
If the plural of man is always called men,
Then shouldn't the plural of pan be called pen?
If I speak of my foot and show you my feet,
And I give you a boot, would a pair be called beet?
If one is a tooth and a whole set are teeth,
Why shouldn't the plural of booth be called beeth?
Then one may be that, and three would be those,
Yet hat in the plural would never be hose,
And the plural of cat is cats, not cose.
We speak of a brother and also of brethren,
But though we say mother, we never say methren.
Then the masculine pronouns are he, his and him,
But imagine the feminine: she, shis and shim!
Let's face it - English is a crazy language.
There is no egg in eggplant nor ham in hamburger;
neither apple nor pine in pineapple.
English muffins weren't invented in England ..
We take English for granted, but if we explore its paradoxes,
we find that quicksand can work slowly, boxing rings are square,
and a guinea pig is neither from Guinea nor is it a pig.
And why is it that writers write but fingers don't fing,
grocers don't groce and hammers don't ham?
Doesn't it seem crazy that you can make amends but not one amend.
If you have a bunch of odds and ends
and get rid of all but one of them, what do you call it?
If teachers taught, why didn't preachers praught?
If a vegetarian eats vegetables, what does a humanitarian eat?
Sometimes I think all the folks who grew up speaking English
should be committed to an asylum for the verbally insane.
In what other language do people recite at a play and play at a recital?
We ship by truck but send cargo by ship.
We have noses that run and feet that smell.
We park in a driveway and drive in a parkway.
And how can a slim chance and a fat chance be the same,
while a wise man and a wise guy are opposites?
You have to marvel at the unique lunacy of a language
in which your house can burn up as it burns
down, in which you fill in a form by filling it out,
and in which an alarm goes off by going on.
And, in closing, if Father is Pop? how come Mother's not Mop?
I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT IF PEOPLE FROM POLAND ARE CALLED POLES THEN
PEOPLE FROM HOLLAND SHOULD BE HOLES AND THE GERMANS GERMS!
-Unknown Author
To be honest, this author is giving me a pain in the butt.
=.="
I'm going to recite this poem during FESSAT this weekend.
I like this poem, I do. BECAUSE it is English and It's easy to understand...
but then kan... how bout to people with not-so-fluent level?
not assuming, just questioning.
Shouldn't the felo give people a more emotional poem
which we can easily relate
than teaching them English through poem??
ah well, 1 minute of recital or not, boring or not,
I'm going to give my best.
I've been called to serve Christ at whatever I'm doing,
Worship is not just mere songs, worship is a lifestyle
and this is it.
BY HOOK OR BY CROOK,
THE GOAL IS WHAT I'LL LOOK!

Spelling Out Life... with Peanuts!
Spelling Out Life... with Thaipusam
Being a member of BSMM, I chose to volunteer in helping out for Thaipusam
at Batu Caves, Gombak!
who knew inside the cave IS SO HUGE! it's cooling too!
I rather be in the temple cave rather than being sunburnt outside the temple.
It was my first ever experience in real-life helping people-in-need, u know...
How exciting it is!!!
Here are some of the CRAZY phenomenon that I've encountered on that 30th of Jan 2010.
LOL!!!!
AND YES, i've climbed the LONG WINDING STEEP STAIRS!
oh... this one.. he is taking a rest after being pulled with long strings.. and uh,
the strings are connected to the the hook on the body..... T.T
*this is where they go yapping like madperson, being severely in possession in the spirit of their god*
a couple of aunties told me their stories, (after they recover from fainted)
that every hook they do the body, every heavy stuff they carry on their body,
all is for the remembrance of what their God
had provided or blessed them.
:)
oh, the best part, I've "saved" or helped more than a dozen fainted people!!
and IT WAS SO THE VERY VERY VERY FUN!!!
GUESS WHAT??!!!!
.
.
.
.
.
.
some BSMM from a hospital were there as paramedic!
and THE MOST AWESOME PART, they thought I was one too!!!!
HAHAAHHHAHAHAAHHAAHAHAHAHAHHAHA
AND
while I was there, I was taught by a paramedic officer
to put on the oxygen mask on a patient.
LOL.
ah well, i know it's a just a lil thing but, I DONT CARE!
I DID IT!
gahahahahahahah...
oh, one of the lady officer seriously thought I was one of their people!
she was passing me the pressure pad and asking me to put it on another
patient!!
HAHAHAHAHAHHAAHAH...
it was really an honour to serve Him in this way,
I went home with THIS GREAT JOY AND ABUNDANCE in my heart!
in honour to serve,
Joy.
