Spelling Out Life... with Feelings

If God were to send me anywhere to settle down,
I'd choose Baguio City, Philippine.
It looks home to me.
I dont have a clue why.
SERIOUSLY!

xD

At least I know there's Reagan Moore to be there to watch over me.

LOL.

AND NO, he is not my boyfriend. He is just a guy I met during his trip down to Melaka.
HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA.

*swiftly blowing hands*
Joy does have her charm on international men!

BAHAHAAHAHAAHAH..

Don't mind me getting crazy,
it's the hormone kicking in.

Haih.

Current emotion:
heart broken.
devastated.

*walks away*

bahahhhahahahahahah!

Spelling Out Life... with randomness

sailor shoots for the moon,
he fell hard on Jupiter.

a nurse helps the patients,
she accidentally cut herself.

a butcher cuts the deer meat,
he sells them of for a cheap price.

why am I talking metaphorically?
you'll understand when you read.

the picture carries another meaning.
lol.
nothing about war.

Spelling Out Life... with Games

a chicken said to the duck,
"let's play a game."
the duck agreed.

at the end, the hunter shot the chicken.
the chicken never knew it was the hunting season.
the duck went flying off.
the chicken lied there, dead.

Spelling Out Life... with My First Business-related Work

LOL!!!

I've done it!!
*with the help of seniors though*

I just placed my first ever orders that cost rm2040.
Never knew placing shirt orders can be very mafan.

First of all,
I've never placed orders alone before.
-others usually do it for me, I just buy things from my friends.
I've never asked for any quotation before.
-Business minded/more organized people usually do it for me.
I've never done any transaction between real companies before.
-like I said, others do it but I've never done it. LOL.

Results:
1. Su-Jian's infamous remarks which I carry in my head all the friggin time now.
"Tell me what are you going to do next."

2. I've learnt to go around and ask for pricing from different shops.

3. I've learnt to speak properly to shops as Su-Jian said I need to work on my
professional communication skills.

4. I've learnt to delegate jobs to few people and ask seniors for help.

5. I freaked out early in the morning at 4am due to me not meeting my own expectation.

6. Deduce no.5, because I've met my monthly goal! WUHOO!

7. I'm proud of myself for going this far.

all for Him. Thank You Lord!

Spelling Out Life... with what is love. :D

a beep came on,

"tell me. what is love exactly? hw do u knw when
ur in love?"

Initially I wrote a long one,
but I ended up replying her

"love is an ongoing commitment that comes with responsibilities and trust"

have a great day people! :)

Spelling Out Life... with Emcee!

Muahahahahhaaaa...
I've never knew that I could be an emcee for anything
I've never knew emcee-ing can be both scary and exciting thing to do!
Hence, I learn and learned for the past semester.

story goes:
I emcee-d twice last semester.
1 is for MMP - Orientation Week
that is my first time ever emcee-d.
2nd turn is during AGM for BSMM.
that is my first time WRITING an emcee script!
omg.
all I know, I got critiqued badly.
LOL!
but it was all in the name of "LEARNING"
*yerdeh..*

then this sem, I was "forced" to come for an emcee audition for my college upcoming
festival.
literally.

"...Joy, bleh tak datang audition for emcee malam esok, 20 Jan 2010?" "...Joy, bleh tak datang for emcee audition untuk malam nie?" "...Joy, datanglah ke audition malam ni.. masih buka lagi nie" "...datang ye, kat library audition" "u datang nanti k? urgent..."

hahahahahahahahhaahha..
not to heighten my nose, but that was the fact!

LOL.
I went and audition after Genting Trip.
I went with my messy hair.
I went in with t-shirt and jeans, while the rest wear formal.
I went in with pale face.
I went in with a KILLER headache!
*aduh!*
hahahahahahahahahaha..

ah well, I've told the seniors I'll go in and audition if they don't mind my current appearance.
LOL. (PRACTICED time) I read the script thrice, I said my prayer.
I asked God to guide my speech and my thoughts.
I surrendered everything for Him. It is all for His glory!

I went in with confident *despite of my appearance*
I went in with Him in me.
I went in with Him lowering down my nervousness.
as I read, I felt calmer. I actually enjoy reading the script!
:DDD
I knew I was speaking too fast and with an American-British accent.
I knew at certain pace I was too comfortable that I spoke normally.
and TURNED OUT, the felo (hostel admin-guardians) commented on what I did.
although they never said a name but their eyes said it all.

spelling Out Life... with Comforting Words

As I was worrying for the money for MKK10,
God was actually giving me the nudge on the head to trust Him!
LOL.

I was depressed as I don't know how to settle the t-shirt problems.
Other printings are still okay ba. can do end of this week and I can get the whole thing done by next week. :)

so here are the verses that helped me out the whole day

Matthew 6:25-34

25“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? 26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his lifeb?

28“And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? 31So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

hehehhehhehehhe... Oh, God has been so kind to me too! He showed me help by providing help through Koay Su-Jian who has been giving me marketing advices or stuff relating to business stuff. HAHAHAH.. oh, thanks to the pengarah-pengarah and other AJK too! Jeremy, Lee San, Christina and Joanna. :) I wouldn't be in a good shape if you guys are not around. LOL. THANKS!!!!!

thanks for the support again. I feel better now.

xoxo,

Thank You Lord. :)

Spelling out life... with worries

it's creeping me out again.
it's the end of January and I am supposed to get the MKK designs out to the shops.
but again, finance is again my great issue.
If I have the money, I'd send them out and print all!
but I dont and MKK's account doesn't. I need the money, Lord.

LORD, I KNOW YOU COULD HEAR ME NOW, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
GIVE ME APPROX RM1000 FOR THE PUBLICITY DEPARTMENT?

Heavenly Dad, keep my worries in Your hands.
I trust that You are in control.
I seek for Your help. In this week, I need to get the designs out and I'm penniless.
I seek for Your grace and mercy upon me and MKK.
I don't want to fail you Lord.
I ask for abundance of blessings coming down on the designs' production.
Dad, keep me cool from breakdowns.
In Jesus name, amen.

Spelling out life... with BFFLTTDWD

it's the time of the year again!
it's DEE's birthday!
23rd of March!

I actually planned for a BIG and GRAND surprise party
but HAH! It turned out to be a small and intimate one.
LOL!!

the boyfriend, Iman and I made a few phone calls,
and guess what, EVERYBODY had plans!
why...why...why...

anyhu, put the sad faces aside, I cooked for her!
well, for everybody actually.
HAHAHA....
Spaghetti, my strength and easiest recipe so far.
We headed off South City Plaza, which is across her apartment
and got us the dinner groceries.

while waiting for the boyfriend, I cooked. He came and brought us chicken
with something something that had to do with Iranian recipe!
it was ACTUALLY REALLY, REALLY good!
the stuffings! oh my! juicy! ya-yummy! lol!

xD

THEN,
off they went to get some juice outside again, i mean the boyfriend and Dee.
I got into the boyfriend's car and brought the ice-cream cake & chocolate syrup up.
muahahhahahahaa..

getting ready to surprise her was tough, i say!
I prepared the meals, aunty Nancy (the mother) helped.
and the boyfriend called me as soon as they got near the elevator.
hahahahahahaha..

we managed to "act" SURPRISE though. Ah well, she knew us well.
She shed a few tears coz of the whole dinner and the cake and the dinner again.

oh, dinner was great. didn't know He planned things out to be small.
He knew better that I needed to hang out with her, due to time inconveniences.
He knew how it would meant a lot for me to cook for her 20th birthday.
He knew well, how I missed our hang out times.
:)

I really thanked Him for the given opportunity...

oh, Dee felt terrible for eating too much.
HAHAHHHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAH..

see below!!!! LOL!!!

till then,
xoxo!

happy birthday darling!

Spelling Out Life... with Genting Trip!

Most of my classmates went for Genting trip on past wednesday,
which is on the 20th Jan 2010!

After all the planning etc, we made our way through!
:)
Even to USA! LOL..

I thanked Him for the great weather though!
It was raining every 2hours or so, BUT the best part, it was not MISTY!
REALLY THANKED HIM for that!
:)

We went on some crazy rides: Rejang log thingy (MET 3 CUTE GUYS... click
---> http://life-rebellions.blogspot.com/2010/01/ape-tue.html for more infos of the boys! lhahahahahhaahahha), Space Shot, Corkscrew etc.
the worst one is the Ribena Spinning Cup.
It IS THAT BAD, until now, which is the 23rd of Jan, I STILL have headache!

hahahaa

HAHAHAHAHAAH!!

Till then,

Spelling Out Life... with Teaching

On the 27th of January 2010,
marks the day I'm going to teach someone for real.
It will be the day where I am officially a teacher to somebody.

Pr Daniel says: Disciple her. Show more love to her.
Joyce: You got to continue to encourage her. Love her.
Pr. Cheli: I am so proud of you Joy. :)
Dad says: Good to know.
Michelle Hee: We'll keep you in prayers. We love you.
Livan: We'll pray for you and the girl! :) You can do it!

Nonetheless, there'll always be a marking price for everything we do
and I am thanking Christ for guiding me all the way through.
a price He paid for the cross, none can fathom.
a price He paid at the cross, whom can live it out again?
so, a price to guide somebody's life aside from you, it's a price for Him to pay.
we are just mere vessels, empty jar, ready to be filled by His Spirits.

I thank Him for giving me this blessing to even teach her.
I thank Him for the ways He opened up for me.
I thank Him for the passion to teach even!

amen.

Spelling Out Life... with Genting Trip

As I have been reading the forecast just now during Lecture.
*HAHA*
The weather will be around 33-22 Celsius.
and it will be cloudy the WHOLE day.

make an effort to do your research whether or not to bring
thick or thin clothes ETC ETC...

:)

I just love having internet on my phone. :p

ohhh!!!

CAN'T WAIT TO GO THERE! wuhoo!!

Spelling Out Life... with Poem Recital!

I'll be reciting a poem by someone unknown.
in whom I don't understand WHY I agreed to it, at the first place.
HAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAH

conversation is as followed:

Kak Syud: eh Joy, you boleh tolong akak tak?
Me: er.. Okay? Tolong untuk apa?
Kak Syud: tolong baca poem untuk event FESSAT
Me: ha? *lost in space*
Kak Syud: Senang je... Baca je poem tu, nanti ada felo ajar you camne nak baca
Me: ha? er... Okay! Boleh boleh.. Baca jak kan? *gleefully smiling*
Kak Syud : ahha..

then to my un-dismay emotions, I ended up have to recite this LONG poem by somebody unknown, who made it known for his/her poem, on how crazy is English as a language. It is a page long. xD

To those beloveds, who wants to watch me read a long winding poem, do come! do come! it's my first ever experience to recite an English poem in front of KTHO and invited university by IIC (International Islamic College) from somewhere around somewhere. HAHAHAHHAHAHA..

So, an experience in the bag, already done for this semester. :)
A lot more to come!

See you! xDDDDD
xoxo!

Spelling Out Life... with MKK 10

there'll be an event coming up!

a change of mind and heart may take place. :)

PERKEB
UKM Debaters (3 of them!!)
CSS
MCMC

and many more!!! :)))

Spelling Out Life... with Consciousness

a deep sea with moving fishes
some swim as they come and go
some swim with fear and trembling muscles
when it comes down to the end
they have a purpose served
I wonder what are those

a soul of questioning all
could I have been with you previously?
could I have been with someone else?
even now,
I see us like those fishes
come and go
passing as we ignore the mere existence
i know there'll be a time
there'll be a time
for both world to embrace.

while i walk amongst the crowd
against them
against the possibilities
between the signs and seasons.
pondering and musingly in love with you
achingly lifting up a made up glee
one day, darling.
one day.
and we'll walk that way
and we'll know it is ours.

xoxo,
joy.

Spelling Out Life.... with One Word.

lawak eh, today news broke out that a church is being bombed.

lol.

seriously.

it reminds me of high-school drama, where:
person A wants an eraser, person B doesnt want an eraser. they fight off like nobody's businesses. WHEN you could have just leave the people be!

but owh well, If Christ promised us the peace and protection during any turbulence, He will provide it. :) Awesome God we're serving.

AMEN.

Spelling out life... with A severly Good Start

let's just celebrate coz I start off my semester with a big bag full of sarcasm.

day 1:
Lecturer Mdm Jamie said I should have stayed at Sydney for coming back only on the 3rd week of lecture.

day 2:
I was bombarded by my College Leaders for not attending 2 of their events while I was still back in Sydney

day 3:
one of the College Leaders sarcastic emailed me back saying how ignorant I was and how I've assumed too little of her working skills, which I actually didn't. Yet, I HAVE to apologize for everything else.

day 4:
today, I've missed the Psychology in Education class. Technically, I'll have to face her sarcasm for not attending her class 3 times in a row, next week.

So, how's your week? :)
