Umno will not heed Perkasa’s suggestion

KUALA LUMPUR: Umno will not heed Perkasa’s suggestion that Barisan Nasional postpone allocations and approvals of projects for the Chinese and Indian communities in Hulu Selangor, said Umno secretary-general Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor.

“Umno does not practise politics of vengeance. We cannot force people to support us and we do not victimise those who did not vote for us.

“We will deliver on our promises and we are here to serve the people,” he told a press conference yesterday.

He was commenting on Perkasa president Datuk Ibrahim Ali’s statement that Barisan should postpone allocations for the two communities because they did not support the coalition in the by-election.

Tengku Adnan also hit out at PKR’s Datuk Zaid Ibrahim for claiming that he had lost the Hulu Selangor by-election because of money politics.

He claimed it was PKR that enticed voters with RM200 cash, food and rice.

Meanwhile, MCA central committee member Datuk Ti Lian Ker has also lambasted Ibrahim for making irresponsible statements.

“He is being opportunistic and playing the racial game to the hilt,” he said on his blog yesterday.

Ti also said that Ibrahim had little political credibility.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA... I trully support Datuk Ti and DAtuk Seri Adnan. :D Finally somebody up there noticed Perkasa's president's faults! Little political credibility indeed! I rest my case on Perkasa. LOL

Don’t tolerate corruption

PUTRAJAYA: Firm action should be taken against employees found to be involved in corrupt practices, said Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Mohd Sidek Hassan.

Sidek, who headed the task force studying the 2008 Auditor-General’s Report, said some department heads preferred to give second chances to employees who were negligent or intentionally flouted regulations when handling public funds.

He was commenting on the findings in the report that department heads at the ministries were reluctant to act against errant staff because the offence involved matters “outside of their jurisdiction”.

Graft is out: Government officers from various agencies taking an oath to fight corruption at the launch of the MACC campaign in Putrajaya yesterday.

“Some corrupt civil servants are giving all of us a bad name, so why should we tolerate them,” he said at a press conference after launching the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission’s (MACC) Bringing Change Together: Combat Corruption campaign here yesterday.

In GEORGE TOWN, Penang MACC deputy director Mohd Noor Abd Rahman said the state commission, which arrested six people for graft from January 2009, was monitoring 20 people for allegedly offering bribes.

“We will move in once we have completed our investigations,” he said after launching the state MACC anti-corruption campaign in Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah.

In SHAH ALAM, Selangor MACC director Datuk Jaafar Mahad said only one out of 10 corruption cases was reported.

“People have the perception that it is fine to offer a bribe.

“Some feel that giving a bribe to civil servants will help to speed up an application,” he said when opening the state-level anti-corruption campaign at Dewan Annex.

In KOTA BARU, state MACC director Nasaruddin Mohd Nor said the commission was ready to resume investigations into a high-profile case involving Kelantan Mentri Besar Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat and his son-in-law Abdul Ariffahmi Abdul Rahman following a directive from the Attorney-General’s Chambers.

In IPOH, Perak MACC director Nooraziah Abd Manaf said steps must be taken to fight the negative perception that the public had against civil servants.

:) Let's see how far can these people remain clean in the ministry. All the best k! :)

Spelling Out Life... with Growth

I asked a friend of mine,
"So do you see yourself as a growing tree?"
He began to question himself and his current relationship.

I hope he has his answer.

At the end of the day,
relationship is a commitment,
relationship is trust
and relationship is love.

None of these signifies nothing.

till then,
xoxo

Spelling Out Life... with a Broken yet Hopeful Heart

"Most of all, God has a desire to bless you with spiritual power from heaven-the authority, ability, and opportunity to do something beyond your imagination."

God... I'm broken inside now. Actually, I don't. I just think that I am.. Hrmm..
I find comfort in Your name. I find peace in Your name. I find gratefulness in Your name.
I'm just down today. You know very well, why.
I don't blame you for it. but I know You made it happened for a reason.
At the end of the day, I think You want me to focus on my family.
They are the ones who stood by my craziest stupidest times.
I love him, God. Please watch over him.
Give him strength, peace and joy throughout the days.
Give his family the same peace, joy and strength too, Lord.
You know our cry or our happy times.
I think I know You reign above all.
I know it's all for Your glory...
although it breaks our hearts.
it breaks our hearts.
but You're still a God that is faithful and full of wonder.
:)
God, it breaks our hearts badly. sigh.

this is for you, uncle Jo.
I love you so much.

xx
your foolish niece

The length of the old front hairdo was until my nose tip jer..

After my new hairdo, most commented I look like Summer in 500 Day of Summer.

So what do ya think? ;P

spelling Out Life... with Onóir, Grá agus Ghaois

A poem of my own.
enjoy! :)

Onóir Grá agus Ghaois

a sweet lie reigns:
money, influence and power defines leadership.

places where we walk and conquer
you come and make labours
cries of foul and resentments arise
you come and make hatreds
blue, red, green papers of yours never satisfy
when you come and make beggars
many have seen it.
not just I.

My heads,
when all else disappears,
tá sé onóir, grá agus ghaois go sainmhínítear a ceannaire
amen

Spelling Out Life... with Ignorance

There's a man I've come to know that he's full of ignorance.

For crying out loud, he's just too old-century minded.

Let me list 3 most important criterias for the country's economy growth,

1. PEOPLE work for it.
2. PEOPLE reap what they sow.
3. PEOPLE are MORE independent and MORE hardworking

So you, Mr Ibrahim Ali, President of PERKASA, please stop being ever childish to say CHINESE are manipulating the economy or monopolize the area. I mean, SERIOUSLY. PEOPLE like them, work their butt off to get to that level, and how dare you blame and speak of "GREEDY" to these people! How do you feel if they say you are lazy. HOW WOULD YOU FEEL? Offended? Feel like shoving them in the cells? Feel like throwing them out of the country? Screw you. SERIOUSLY.

I am a bumiputera but I'm not against anyone. but I certainly LOSE RESPECT to a person as you. Just because the Chinese are Kiasu, doesn't mean they are greedy. It's the same freaking concept that you teach your kids -- STUDY HARD SO THAT YOU CAN GET A BETTER LIFE.

Doesn't it APPLY to EVERYBODY?
IF YOU STUDY HARD, YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW!
which technically means,
IF YOU WORK HARD IN THE BUSINESS WORLD, YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW,
which equals to more income, boost the economy up and EVERYBODY HAPPY.

But you, of all the people, dare to say Chinese are greedy.
It's easier to do that than being in the field itself, don't you think so?
If Siti Nurhaliza can gain her status now from scratch,
why can't the Chinese gain any profit from scratch?

Sigh. you of all people should know this pretty well. you as a country leader.
1 Malaysia spirit?
I think not.
It's more like 1MALAY+BUMIPUTERA.

Grow up and learn to have tolerance.

Just so you forget,
there are SUCCESSFUL Malays in Malaysia.
there are SUCCESSFUL Bumiputeras in Malaysia.
there are SUCCESSFUL Indians in Malaysia.
so why can't there be SUCCESSFUL Chinese in Malaysia?

to me, you don't deserve to be a president of any organization at all.
a true COUNTRY leader RESPECTS everyone.
a true COUNTRY leader ACCEPTS everyone.
a true COUNTRY leader HAS EQUALITY.

Cross-check yourself, I think I see none in you.

"If they are polite, we will be polite. But if they are not, neither will we. If they are kurang ajar (ill-mannered), we too can be kurang ajar," said the Pasir Mas MP to cheers from the thousand-strong crowd.
- Malaysian Insider.

To me kan, a true leader won't even speak of bad things of others or even threaten them. Sigh. What do the organization sees in you until they make you the president? Sad case la wei. seriously... They could have ask a 16 year old Head Prefect of any schools to lead the organization and it will still run. =.="

a note of advice?
1. respect others.
2. accept others.
3. Never point finger at people, coz 3 fingers OF YOURSELF are pointing back at you.

till then,
I pray that you have even a tiny sense of wisdom in your head.
